RISE offers comprehensive support and services to improve the safety, well-being, and stability of LGBTQ+ youth.

RISE is an adapted model integrating established practices with LGBTQ+ specific education and support strategies. RISE staff partner with the youth, caregiver(s), and professionals to develop strength-based strategies to support the positive identity development of LGBTQ+ youth, provide LGBTQ+ education and support to families and caregivers, and develop a network of supportive adults that demonstrate awareness, support, and affirmation of their youth’s LGBTQ+ identity.  RISE is currently one of two providers for the LA County DCFS Tailored Services for Youth (TSYP) Program and is also a provider with LA County Juvenile Probation.  Services are offered in multiple languages.
