In partnership with the Pritzker Foster Care Initiative, Casey Family Programs, and Unicorn Solutions, RISE hosts one of four LA County Rainbow Resource Network closets. The Network is a free, universal-access, gender affirming closet program for LA County Youth, 24-years-old and younger in search of clothing, services, etc. which affirm their gender identity and/or gender expression.
Specifically, the Center’s Rainbow Boutique can provide a variety of items and services that help you authentically express yourself. These include, but aren’t limited to the following:
- Clothing: Everyday clothing such as shirts, pants, skirts, etc. including undergarments + special occasion outfits
- Classic Gender Affirming Products: Binders, gaffs/tucking underwear , packers, body tape, foam inserts, shapewear, etc.
- Accessories: Wigs and extensions, makeup, hygiene products, jewelry, shoes, etc.
- Services and Supports: Haircuts, post-gender affirming surgery items, and more!
+ linkage to affirming programs and services at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and other Rainbow Resource Network partners.

We are always in need of new items for the Rainbow Boutique, including: shoes and clothes in extended sizes, makeup, hygiene products (deodorant, body wash, skin care, etc.), wigs, accessories, shapewear, binder, gaffs, and all the other items youth may request to affirm their expression.
